Physical Description | Ichiko is a very well put-together, very well proportioned humanoid creature resembling an uplifted earth creature called a Rabbit. She has soft grey fur covering her entire form, the traditional 'cotton puff' tail, and lengthy ears that perk when she's listening, and flop when she's not. A quirk of Ts'usugi eyes causes them to not reflect light, and as such her green eyes seem almost like endless pools that one could drown in, if they so choose. |

Personality & Traits
General Overview | Ichiko is a distant, elusive character with a razor wit and has the curves and style to back it up. Though, you wouldn't know it by looking at her, but she's a top-rank engineer who graduated not only at the near top of her class, but from an attending Dalacari academy as well. She's a bit of a tomboy though, and can get rowdy with the best of them. She'll throw down in a fight if the cause is just, or just fun. Her neurological condition keeps her on the distance from many social events, but once she decides that an event is worth her memory, she's committed totally.
Strengths & Weaknesses | Ichiko is a genius, possibly even possessing an eidetic memory. Her interpersonal skills are also quite commendable. Noted in her file is that she was diagnosed with "Class I Operational Disfunction" though also noted is that she was cleared for service by two distinct Ts'usugi mental health professionals. The exact nature of her trauma is privileged medical personnel information. At a very young age, Ichiko was diagnosed with a neurological condition known as "The Mind That Can't Let Go"... an eidetic memory, and a sentence to madness over time. She escaped the worst of it by isolating herself, but realized this was no way to live. One day, she'll go mad. But not today. Sometimes, though, she has trouble relating to people who aren't as smart as she is. From a society that teaches respect and equality, it's sometimes hard for her to 'lower herself' to speak to those under her, intellect wise. Ts'usugi have a natural resistance to empathic and telepathic contact due to the unique crystalline qualities of their skeletal structure. Casual empathy or telepathic contact will either fail or be at a greatly reduced state. Empaths or Telepaths who consciously attempt reading or contacting a Ts'usugi will succeed, though casual contact will not. This leads to the downside of a Ts'usugi Skeletal System, in that while the bones are stronger than normal any break produces shards and slivers that are razor sharp. To such, there's no such thing as a Simple Fracture when regarding the Ts'usugi. Ts'usugi eyes are more acute in low-light conditions, though they find bright light distracting. Ts'usugi hearing is above standard norms, though they protect their ears in dangerous situations. They make for easy targets. |

Ambitions | Ichiko's goals in life are relatively straight forward: She wants to succeed. She doesn't want a family or anything that would tie her to one place or one dream. Put her in a starship, point it in a direction, and she's pleased. As all daughters, she wants to make her parents proud, and achieve great things without bringing shame back home. |
|
Hobbies & Interests | Ichiko enjoys dancing, fixing things, reading, and watching movies and cinema from other cultures. She builds models in her spare time, and has quite the miniature collection. Her one true complaint is she can't watch movies more than once. |
Personal History | Born in a small town, Ichiko had big dreams. Attending school, playing games that were traditionally thought of as 'boys' games, her childhood was the very model of tradition. Once enrolled in primary school, her brilliance started to show. She was vastly smarter than the other children. She quickly elevated up through primary, and was the youngest child enrolled in secondary school on district record. Her grasp of power generation and electromagnetism was staggering, and it only improved as she grew older. At the age of four, her aptitude tests were wildly off the charts, prompting for a more in depth exploration. It was then that she was diagnosed with the rare neurological condition known as the Mind that Can't Let Go, or an Eidetic Memory as other races would know it.
